Returns and Exchange

At Kind Strings, every product is handmade with love and care by our artisans. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur—making every piece unique.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns on orders, as all our products are handmade and created in small batches.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with clear photos/videos of the issue for review.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Shipping

  • Courier/shipping charges for exchanges will need to be borne by the customer
  • The product should be unused and returned in its original packaging

Important Notes

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
  • Minor variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered defects
