1. Where do you Ship?
We ship across India. 

2. What shipping options are available?

  1. We ship through various domestic courier partners like ekart, Delhivery, Amazon, DTDC etc. 

  2. All orders will be shipped usually within 2-4 working days from the date on which payment is realised.

  3. Shipping cost for India – Free across India for orders above Rs 999

  4. We also offer same day delivery in Delhi NCR for available products (additional shipping charges will apply).

3. What is your return Policy?

All our products are handcrafted by our artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return the Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more details.

All Kindstrings products are designed in-house.

At Kind Strings, every product tells a story. A story of skilled hands, patience, creativity, and resilience. We work closely with talented women artisans, providing them with opportunities to earn a sustainable livelihood and improve their quality of life. For many of them, this is more than work-it’s independence, confidence, and a step toward a better future.

Our collections began with home storage and décor, but today, We have grown to include thoughtfully crafted kids’ toys, flowers, bags, and more-each piece designed to bring warmth, joy, and a personal touch into your everyday life.

Quality is at the core of our craft. Every item is handmade with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. No two pieces are exactly alike-and that’s what makes them special. We believe that handmade products carry a soul that machines simply cannot replicate.
